Terms of Use
Draft. This text describes how the app works today but has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have it reviewed, and fill in the operator details, before relying on it.
1. Who we are
DEEP Bundler (“the app”) is operated by [operator legal name, address]. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What the app does
The app helps you create a token on a bonding-curve launchpad (Deep Curve or Pump.fun) and buy it from several wallets you control, then sell or recover the remaining SOL. It builds Solana transactions; your browser signs them; the app forwards the signed transactions to the network.
3. You keep your keys
Burner wallet keys are created and stored in your browser. They are never sent to us, and we cannot recover them. If you clear your browser data or lose your backup file, any funds in those wallets are lost. You are responsible for backing them up and keeping them safe.
4. Beta, unaudited software
The app is in beta and has not been audited. It may contain errors, and transactions may fail, land partly, or land at a worse price than shown. Estimates and charts are illustrations, not quotes. On networks without Jito bundles, and between consecutive bundles, other traders can buy between your transactions.
5. Risk
Memecoins are highly speculative and can lose all their value. Market capitalisation is not liquidity and is not a guarantee of value. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
6. Fees
Each launch on mainnet carries a platform fee of 1 SOL, paid by the creator wallet in the first launch transaction. In addition, the platform takes a token share: the tokens bought by the last two wallets of every bundle (or the last wallet, for a two-wallet launch) are transferred to the platform fee wallet in the same transaction as their purchase. You pay for those purchases. Both are shown before you launch. Network fees, Jito tips and launchpad trading fees also apply. Fees and the token share are not refundable, including when a launch fails after the transactions carrying them have landed.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the app to break any law that applies to you, including laws on securities, market manipulation, sanctions and fraud; to impersonate anyone; or to create tokens that infringe others' rights. You confirm you are not in a jurisdiction where using the app is prohibited. [List restricted jurisdictions.]
8. No warranty and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including lost funds, failed or mispriced transactions, and the actions of third parties such as RPC providers, Jito, launchpads and wallets.
9. Changes
We may change the app or these terms. Material changes will be shown in the app. Continuing to use it after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
