Privacy Notice
Draft. This text describes how the app works today but has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have it reviewed, and fill in the operator details, before relying on it.
What stays in your browser
Your burner wallets' private keys, your launch settings and the addresses of lookup tables you can reclaim are stored in your browser's local storage. They are not sent to us.
What our server receives
To build transactions, our server receives public information only: wallet addresses (burner wallets and your connected wallet), the token's name, symbol, description, links and image, launch settings, and the signed transactions you choose to send. It also sees your IP address, which is used for rate limiting. Signed transactions and everything in them become public on the Solana blockchain.
Logs
The server logs requests and errors (route, time, outcome and error messages) to keep the service running. Request bodies are not included in error reports. [Retention period.]
Third parties
Transactions are forwarded to a Solana RPC provider [name] and, on mainnet, to Jito's block engine. Token images and metadata are published to IPFS, where they are public and cannot be deleted. Your wallet extension (for example Phantom or Solflare) has its own privacy policy.
No tracking
The app does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and loads no third-party scripts.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete personal data we hold. Data on the blockchain and IPFS cannot be changed or deleted by anyone. Contact [email] to make a request.
